The food was good, as usual, and we both had fun. I asked the waiter if instead of a free kid's pizza, drink and sundae, if I could just pay for his buffet and get the drink and sundae free. I mean, I know my guy, and he's going to eat more than a little bitty pizza.
So they brought him out the sundae and sang Happy Birthday to him. Then later the waiter asked if they had 'wowed' him with their singing. Will said, "No." And kept eating his sundae. The waiter kind of laughed and I laughed and another server overheard and said, "At least he's honest." I don't know if Will hadn't understood the question, or if he really just wasn't that impressed.
