1. Facebook. Thanks to facebook, I have gotten back in touch with all my old college roommates and a lot of my friends from my high school ward. It's been great to see how they are doing and catch up with them.
2. Sleep. I have been so tired and sick lately that I've been so grateful to get to bed at the end of the night and be able to sleep.
3. Cough medicine. See above.
4. Relief Society. Yes, I know I haven't been there in forever, since someone is always sick at my house. But I did go to Enrichment and I really enjoyed Sister Beck's talk.
5. My mom. She came over, even though she was sick too, with all the fixings for chicken soup for Randy and me and pizza for the kids. It was much appreciated!
6. My crock pot. Even if I am feeling horrible, I have been able to throw stuff together in my slow cooker and know that dinner is out of the way.
7. Insurance! I am so grateful for that!
8. The library. I love being able to put books on hold. All I've felt like doing since I got sick is lying around and reading.
9. The internet! If I didn't have a way to keep in touch with my friends, I would be so unhappy right now.
10. Chocolate doughnuts. Yes, not the best medicine when you're sick, but hey, it does make me feel better for a little while!

I love the library too and putting things on hold, but they all seem to come up at the same time, and I can't keep up. Thank goodness for renewal.
By the way, I love your recommendations. I am reading Elantris right now.
